Dr. Pham graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer System Engineering.  Following graduation from ASU, he attended the Colorado Health Science Center graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.  He worked in pediatric-focused practices since 1999.  He is a current member of the Arizona Dental Association, American Dental Association, and affiliate member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists.  He is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Dr. Mario Montanez was born and raised in Southeastern Colorado where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado in Denver earning his Bachelors of Science in Biology.  He attended the University of Colorado’s School of Dentistry and earned his Doctorate of Dental Science and has been treating children ever since.
